Manufacturing Facility

Ashfar is differentiated by a value added approach.

To meet the requirements of the various markets it serves, Ashfar has established a processing site in North Carolina—Catawba Valley Mills (CVM) in Newton, NC—which enables in house, high volume warping of both fine denier textile yarns and heavy denier, high tenacity industrial yarns.

Ashfar’s Warping Excellence at CVM

Ashfar’s warping facility—Catawba Valley Mills (CVM), located in Newton, NC—is a state of the art operation dedicated to processing nylon and polyester filament yarns. From 40–200 denier textile yarns to 500–2600 denier high tenacity industrial yarns—and from 21″ × 21″ beams to 72″ × 40″ beams—Ashfar is equipped to meet a broad range of market requirements.

Built for Quality. Driven by Innovation.
